同一机组中设置有多组均匀压辊，左中右压力可调，以控制边中差，活性染料与碱剂可同机分别连续施加,第一轧带液率40- 60%,第二轧70- 120%，施加过程中染料与碱剂不接触，减少水解，杜绝头尾色差其它染料或后整理助剂可连续多次压轧，均匀性好。
